The travel fee includes:

• Round trip transfers to the meeting point;
• Multiple room accommodation for the duration of the trip;
• Minibus rental from the first to the last day of stay;
• Boats, oars and tenders;
• The assistance of the coordinators;
• Insurance policy (see dedicated link);
• All movements;
• Breakfast and packed lunches;
• The welcoming dinner and aperitivo;
• Hotel tourist tax;

The travel fee does not include:

• All the extras which you might want to buy;
• Anything not mentioned in “The travel fee includes”.

The common fund covers:

• Excursions not included in the travel fee;
• The common fund of the coordinator;
• The activities and extras that all participants have agreed to do and the relative share fee of the coordinator;

The common fund is established on site and the amount to be paid will be 200 euros. Based on the local needs, the amount may vary but, regardless, the unused difference will be returned.

You can purchase it by a bank transfer by just contacting our Customer Care service on WhatsApp, on the phone at: +39 335 8162535 or by email at infotravelrow@gmail.com. After the payment, you will receive an email with a PDF containing the gift voucher code and instructions for use.

You can choose to print the gift voucher and give it to your friend, or you can email it to them. Alternatively, you can give us the email of the person who you want to give the gift voucher to and we will send it directly to them 😊

The gift voucher is nominal and non-transferable. Hence, within 8 days from the purchase, you will need to tell us the name of the person who will use the voucher. If for any reason you do not notify us, we will assign the voucher to the person who purchased it (you).

The voucher expires two years after it is being issued and is neither refundable, transferable, nor convertible into cash and it cannot be credited to any credit card or current account.

We believe that the desire for adventure cannot be measured by age… However, we want to create homogeneous groups to guarantee to everyone the best travel experience possible!

• Group 1: age 18/35 years
• Group 2: age 35/60 years
