Many think that, after all, searching for lost paradises around the world when you do has Sardinia so close it’s just a waste of time and money. In fact, Sardinia offers corners of impressive beauty, more or less hidden, which is only up to us to discover it by rowing between the splendid coast characterized by the presence of numerous inlets, small beaches, and little distant from numerous islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.

Once the paperwork is finished, we will go to the hotel, where you will have a few hours to rest and at 19.30 we will go through the streets of the historic center of Olbia for an aperitif before dinner. We will then go to the restaurant “Il Gambero” where we can enjoy a dinner based on Sardinian fish specialties.

hotel: Olbia City Hotel

dinner: Il Gambero

day 2 (21 + 8)

After a short transfer of about 10 minutes, we will arrive at the splendid Olbiese beach of “Lo shark”, where we will position the boats in the water to begin the tour across the Costa Smeralda. The first and long stage will cross several coves of blue water, white sand and high cliffs. Once we have passed and bypassed the Capo Figari Promontory, we will make a stop in a small isolated cove that will allow us to recover our energies. Being isolated from any type of structure or service, lunch will necessarily be packed. After some swimming and refreshments, we leave for the renowned Porto Rotondo, where we will descend to the majestic Ira Beach. We will then go to the hotel for check-in and to be able to rest a little, to then go to the Onorio and Donatella restaurant for dinner.

hotel: Aldiola Porto Rotondo

dinner: Onorio e Donatella

day 3 (10 + 12)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will leave from Ira Beach, skirting the mainland to the north, rowing on the crystalline waters between beaches and rocks, heading towards the enchanting bay of Spiaggia di Capriccioli, one of the most beautiful in all of Sardinia. We will have lunch directly on the beach at the “Vesper Beach Club” kiosk and then leave again in the direction of Porto Cervo, where we will stop at the yellow sand beach of Cala Granu. Once we have finished taking a bath, we will go to the hotel for check-in and a shower, after which we will go to the Hivaoa restaurant for dinner.

hotel: Colonna Park Hotel

dinner: Hivaova Porto Cervo

day 4 (6,8 + 11,5)

In the morning, after having breakfast, we will leave Cala Granu to go deep into the Costa Smeralda, going to the small island of Caprera towards the Spiaggia del Relitto, so named for an old boat that was stranded and sunk several decades ago. We will have lunch at the small kiosk organized immediately behind the beach, after which we will leave the island of Caprera to return to the main island of Sardinia, towards the Spiaggia de la Sciumara, close to the town of Palau. After enjoying the beach after the crossing, we will go to the hotel for the usual check-in, shower and then we will have dinner at Il Kalamaro restaurant

hotel: Palau City Hotel

dinner: Il Kalamaro

day 5 (9,7 + 8,8)

On this day, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will explore another small island of the Costa Smeralda: La Maddalena. The first stop will be at the enchanting Testa del Polpo Beach, on the tiny Giardinelli Island, so called due to the typically large and rounded stones, resting on an expanse of very fine white sand. Being on a small island away from facilities and services, the lunch will be packed. After swimming in the blue waters of the bay, we will leave to circumnavigate the island of La Maddalena, stopping at the Monti d’à Rena beach, where we will swim before going to the hotel for check-in. After having rested, we will go to dinner at the U Campu du Pastori restaurant.

hotel: Il Gabbiano

dinner: U Campu du Pastori Osteria

day 6 (9,7 + 11,5)

After having a good breakfast, we will leave to leave the island of La Maddalena rowing towards the adjacent small island of Spargi, which we will skirt on its crystalline waters admiring a succession of small white beaches to finally arrive in the picturesque Cala Corsara, where we will stop on the beach of the same name set between dark rocks and white sand. Being the island of Spargi little more than a large rock, lunch will be packed and eaten directly on the beach. After having recovered some energy between swimming and lunch, we will leave for the main island, towards the imposing La Marmorata beach, next to the small and enchanting Santa Teresa di Gallura. After taking a bath and resting, we will go to the hotel for the last check-in and then to the Barabattul restaurant for dinner.

hotel: Vincent House Boutique Hotel

dinner: Trattoria Barabattula

giorno 7

Once breakfast is finished, we will be able to take a quick bath in La marmorata, after which we will take care to load the trolley and then be able to return to the Olbia airport.
