rOWING TOUR ITINERARY - Weekend 4 day / 3 night
Arrival and Reception: Begin your trip with a warm welcome in Palermo, followed by a transfer to picturesque San Vito Lo Capo.
Once you arrive, a viewing of the boats and a relaxing check-in await you.
The evening ends with a delightful dinner at the “Alla Cantunera” restaurant, where you can taste the famous cus cus of San Vito.
Nature Immersion: Get ready for an intense day of rowing along the coast, with a visit to the magnificent Zingaro Reserve.
The packed lunch will be the perfect opportunity to enjoy local delights on the beach, before returning to San Vito Lo Capo. End the day with a refreshing dinner at the hotel.
Wine and Culture
In the morning, row towards Macari beach, a corner of paradise where crystal clear waters meet the sky.
After lunch in San Vito Lo Capo, spend the afternoon at the enchanting “Donna Fugata” winery, where you can taste fine wines and discover the secrets of Sicilian winemaking.
Exploration and Departure
The final morning takes you to the ancient city of Erice, where history and mythology blend between the cobbled streets and panoramic views.
After the exploration, we will accompany you to Palermo or Trapani, ready for the return journey, with indelible memories of this Sicilian adventure.
rOWING TOUR ITINERARY - week 7day / 6 night
- Arrival in Palermo, transfer to the enchanting San Vito Lo Capo.
- Check-in and inspection of the boats.
- Dinner at the “Cantunera”, where couscous reigns supreme, introducing you to the authentic flavors of the place.
- Rowing towards the suggestive Tonnara di Scopello, with an overnight stay on site, immersing yourself in the history of this ancient fishing structure.
- Return to San Vito Lo Capo, cradled by the waves and accompanied by the Sicilian sun.
- Dinner at the hotel, where local dishes will delight the palate.
- Rowing adventure from San Vito Lo Capo to Cornino, embracing the view of Monte Cofano.
- Packed lunch to enjoy Sicilian street food by the sea.
- Return to San Vito with free time to explore and relax.
- Rowing excursion along the coast towards the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a treasure of biodiversity and natural beauty.
- Packed lunch break and dives into the turquoise waters of the reserve.

Boats
The boats we will be using are “Filippi boats” and they are a leader in the world of high-level rowing. In the recent years, they have also specialized on Coastal hulls with very high technological content and with innovative design to be as fast and stable on the waves as possible.
Support in the water
During the tour, a professional coach will be present, with a tender for technical support and for safety.
Participants
We offer trips from a minimum of 10 people.
Essential clothing to bring for outings
Sunscreen, tank top bodysuits and swimsuit, cap with a visor, “hand-saving” gloves for those who are not extremely trained.

He has participated in 4 Olympic games receiving a silver medal in 2000 in the coxless four in Sydney as well as two gold and bronze medals at the World Championships.
He decided together with Marco Costantini in 2021 to found TravelRow with the desire to make people discover the world on the rowing boat. Co-founder Fitrow

3rd Level Coach, since 1994 at the head of the Rowing Team of the TeLiMar Society of Palermo. He won with his athletes 9 World Titles, 1 European Championship, 1 Edition of the Mediterranean Games and 1 European Coastal Rowing. Co-founder TravelRow
