See the most beautiful coasts in the world! The peculiarity of Puglia is known for the sea, fantastic beaches and its mild climate all year round. Salento starts from Alìmini, a crossroads of the most ancient peoples and cultures for centuries.
You will experience a perfect mix of sport, tourism and culture crossing the coasts of Santa Maria di Leuca that you will never forget!

rOWING TOUR ITINERARY
In the morning arrival at Brindisi airport where a shuttle will take you to Lido Riva del Sole (journey of about 2 hours and 30 min) in particular to the wonderful beach of Alìmini where we will stop for lunch (The nearby coast is characterized by the presence of fine white sand, which opens to a scenario of oceanic paradise).
In the afternoon after checking the boats and all the equipment we will make a short outing at sea to test boats. Check-in at the hotel “Lu Podere Agriturismo Località Frassanito” – Loc. Frassanito 73028 Otranto, Prov. of Lecce. Dinner at 20.00

9.00 am from the beach of Alìmini (Lido Riva del Sole) we will face the first stage of the tour (to see the Bay of the Turks)(rowing about 8 km) with destination Baia del Mulino d’Acqua, packed lunch and break with bath at the Beach, In the afternoon we face the second stage rowing for others about (Km 14) destination Porto Badisco (Porto Badisco Beach).
Check-in at Agriturismo Tenuta Sant’emiliano” and dinner at 8:00 PM, where you can enjoy excellent local fish and tastings of street food from Salento.

9.00 am departure from the hotel and ready to row destination Santa Cesàrea (Gulet bathing establishment, packed lunch and break with bath (Km 8).
Departure rowing destination and arrival in Castro – Lido La Sorgente – private beach – plus excursion Grotta Zinzulusa (Km 6) (The cave is more than 150 meters long and is positioned on the sea like a large mouth 15 meters high). Dinner and third stay Agriturismo Montenachiro.

9.00 am departure from the hotel and ready for the third stage of (Km 10). destination to the spectacular beach and natural pool of Marina Serra packed lunch and break with bath then rowing destination in Marina Serra (Difficulty in finding private beach with sand) Km 8. Once at our destination, we will go to the hotel and then have dinner at the Agriturismo “Gli Ulivi” Torre Palane

9.00 am departure from the hotel and rowing for Santa Maria di Leuca where to stop for packed lunch with bathroom to enjoy one of the most evocative places of Salento after which arrival in Lido di Giulia. In the afternoon, after the trolley loading is finished, dinner at Lido Giulia

In the morning after breakfast Departure (by bus 140 km estimated time 1 hour and 45 min) from SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA / Arrival at Brindisi airport.

Boats
The boats we will be using are “Filippi boats” and they are a leader in the world of high-level rowing. In the recent years, they have also specialized on Coastal hulls with very high technological content and with innovative design to be as fast and stable on the waves as possible.
Support in the water
During the tour, a professional coach will be present, with a tender for technical support and for safety.
Participants
We offer trips from a minimum of 10 people.
Essential clothing to bring for outings
Sunscreen, tank top bodysuits and swimsuit, cap with a visor, “hand-saving” gloves for those who are not extremely trained.

Riccardo Dei Rossi
He has participated in 4 Olympic games receiving a silver medal in 2000 in the coxless four in Sydney as well as two gold and bronze medals at the World Championships.
He decided together with Marco Costantini in 2021 to found TravelRow with the desire to make people discover the world on the rowing boat. Co-founder Fitrow
Marco Costantini
3rd Level Coach, since 1994 at the head of the Rowing Team of the TeLiMar Society of Palermo. He won with his athletes 9 World Titles, 1 European Championship, 1 Edition of the Mediterranean Games and 1 European Coastal Rowing. Co-founder TravelRow
Pasquale Panzarino
He graduated in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Bari, he is a kinesiologist and founder & CEO of Fitrow.
He is a 2nd level rowing coach who won a bronze medal at the World Championship, a silver medal at the World Cup and was an Olympian at the Games of the XXVII Olympiad.
