Rowing tour Overview
The southern coast of Sardinia is characterized by long sandy beaches in the west, and then gives way after Cagliari to smaller beaches alternating with gentle granite promontories. A wonderful weekend rowing on a less indented coast than in the north of Sardinia where you will encounter numerous long stretches of white sand and a coral-colored sea.

rOWING TOUR ITINERARY
Arrival in Cagliari, where a shuttle will take you to the headquarters of Canottieri Ichnusa in Cagliari to check the boats and all the equipment.
Once the paperwork has been completed, you will go to the hotel, where you will have a few hours to rest and at 7.30 pm you will go to a local cocktail bar for an aperitif directly on the Sardinian sea with fish-based specialities.
At 9pm there will be a tour through the streets of Cagliari's nightlife with return to the hotel.
After having breakfast at the hotel, a short transfer of about 20 minutes will take us to the tourist port of Marina di Capitana, from which we will depart for our weekend tour.
We start with a morning row of about 10km, passing the bay of “Mari Pintau” (the name means “painted sea”, so beautiful it seems fake) and then stopping for a break at the beach of Kal ‘e Moru (Marongiu), immersed in a bay of an intense turquoise colour.
The will be a light, Mediterranean lunch in a restaurant directly on the beach and then setting off towards the south-east for a long row of about 13km along Sardinia between white beaches with blue seabeds and high cliffs on a deep blue sea.
In the afternoon we will arrive at Campus Beach, in a quiet bay near the Carbonara promontory.
After checking in and showering at the hotel, you will go to dinner in a typical local restaurant, to delve into the flavors of the Sardinian hinterland between Porceddu and Cannonau.
After a breakfast of seadas and Sardinian amaretti, we set off towards the beaches of Villasimius. We will pass over the crystal clear waters of Campu Longu, next to the Scoglio di Santo Stefano to then cross the Strait of Carbonara, which separates Sardinia from the Isola dei Cavoli.
We will then head towards the beach of Porto Giunco, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and characteristic in Sardinia. After admiring the incredible landscape offered by the Notteri pond, we will have lunch at a local restaurant directly on the beach with a breathtaking view of a small cliff immersed in the sand and crystal clear waters of Villasimius.
We then set off again, this time towards the North, for a stretch of about 13km, passing alongside the spectacular Punta Molentis, the Island of Serpentara, cliffs and stacks to finally arrive at Cala Sinzias, a long and enchanting beach of about 2km.
After checking in and showering at the hotel, we will have dinner in a typical restaurant where we will taste sea and land specialties as can only be found in Italian trattorias.
